A quality-driven approach.

I began my career as an indentured engineering apprentice with a major M&E contractor. During the following decade, I worked in multi-disciplinary teams on the design of mechanical engineering systems on a wide array of projects.

When I joined Hoare Lea in 1991, my design experienced significantly broadened. I have successfully led many projects from briefing to completion.

A career highlight was a 6-year role as a lead mechanical engineer for the regeneration of BP’s research campus at Sunbury-on-Thames.

My quality driven approach to the design and integration of building services engineering across a variety of complex projects were particularly enjoyable aspects of my career as a design engineer.

About me.

I am a Chartered Engineer, a Fellow of the Chartered Institution of Building Services Engineers and a Member of the Institution of Mechanical Engineers.

I have over 40 years of experience working in the building services industry.

My professional interests are wide ranging and centre on engineering system design, low carbon design solutions and mentoring.

I joined the Expert Witness group in 2013. Having gained considerable experience working on the design and coordination of multi-disciplinary projects, I bring this wealth of experience to my role as an Expert Witness to get to the root of technical matters which are in dispute.
