Putting technical knowledge into practice.

About me.

I have a First-Class MEng in Product Design Engineering from the University of Glasgow and a Masters in European Business from the ESCP-EAP European School of Management. In 2008, I became a chartered member of the Chartered Institute of Building Services Engineers (CIBSE) and I now have 16 years of experience in the building services and construction industry.

I began working at Hoare Lea in 2004 and subsequently joined the Expert Witness group in 2018. This has given me the opportunity to work across a range of sectors and project sizes while developing my strong technical background and knowledge.

My role.

I have spent many years working in multi-disciplinary teams to ensure that the design and construction stage of projects has met with client briefs, statutory requirements and good practice design.

As an expert witness, I utilise my skills in analysing evidence and working with other professionals to get to the root of design and installation issues. I prepare clear reports that assess the merits and flaws of engineering design.
